-Use as spread, filling for pastries or as an ingredient for desserts
-This delicious summer jam is perfect with buttermilk biscuits or scones
-Add to chicken curries
-Add to lime vinaigrette with mint and feta
-Top ice cream
-Blend them with cucumber, yellow bell pepper, chilli + something acidic (vinegar/lime) and olive oil for a quick melon gazpacho with just a hint of sweetness
-Add to water and ice with some lime for a Mexican inspired agua fresca. Spike it with booze for the adults
